The challenge
An AmLaw 200 firm spent thousands of associate hours/year locating clause precedents across 12 years of agreements. Search was keyword-only, brittle, and surfaced the wrong matters constantly.
Our solution
We built a private RAG layer on top of their document management system. Semantic search by clause, party, jurisdiction; citations link back to source paragraphs; access control mirrors their matter-level permissions.

End-to-end invoicing agent for B2B SaaS
The challenge
Manual invoicing, chasing, and reconciliation tied up 1.5 FTE on the finance team and pushed average DSO over 70 days.
Our solution
An agent that drafts invoices on contract-event triggers, sends polite follow-ups on its own schedule, reconciles payments via Stripe webhooks, and escalates only the exceptions to humans.
